About the Pilates classes
The Little Practise is open to all children aged 4-7 and will take place on Sunday's at 10.45am at Elevate Dance Company, Fisherton Street, Salisbury, SP2 7RB.
Designed especially for little ones, our sessions combine fun movement, games, balance work, and coordination activities in a warm and encouraging environment.
Through playful exercises and creative themes, children build body awareness, confidence, focus and strength while learning how to move in a calm and connected way.
No pressure, no perfection — just movement, imagination, and lots of fun. ✨

Where & When
Elevate dance company is based on Fisherton Street in the centre of Salisbury.
It’s a dance studio with lots of space and we have exclusive use of the space for our club.
Parents are required to stay onsite during the class.
The Little Practise is open to all children aged 4-7 and suitable for all ability levels, everyone is welcome.
Class is on Sunday's at 10.45am.
Max class size is 20.
Parking
There is no parking on site but the central car park is close as is the train station. Lots of local bus routes stop outside.
Before the Class
To attend the class a parent or guardian must complete a consent form and enrol the child in the club.
A ‘fit form’ should be completed to confirm that the teen is fit and well to exercise. The 'fit form' will be sent to you once you enrol.
If you have any concerns about your ability to exercise, please discuss them with your GP before coming to a class.
On the day
Wear comfortable clothing that your child can move in and bare feet or socks.
We provide mats but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring some water.

Everybody’s class experience is personal to them so we ask that you don’t share photos or videos of other attendees without their consent or if you don’t know them. Let’s respect each other and keep this as a safe space for everyone 🤍
