Join us at Bobbys for an energising morning flow where we'll work on your mobility, strength and posture.
The class is especially designed for the desk dwellers, tech necks and laptop loungers.

Pilates & work
We believe in feeling good and functioning well at work, so we bring our classes to you.
Exercise lowers stress and anxiety, boosts productivity, improves concentration and confidence and increases overall wellness in your employees.

Designed especially for desk dwellers, tech necks and laptop loungers, the classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
We will focus on exercises that improve posture and build strength.
We'll bring the mats, you bring the team!
About the Pilates classes
Pilates is for everyone and all are welcome.
The classes are taught at beginner / intermediate level but each exercise can be adapted or progressed depending on the individual.
People can challenge themselves and progress at their own pace, even in a mixed ability class.
You will notice yourself getting stronger each week with regular attendance.
Pre-join requirements
It is a requirement that every individual wishing to take part in a Pilates class complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
​
This is to ensure participants are fit and well to exercise.
​
The Par-Q form will be sent to participants ahead of the class to complete along with any other required information.
​
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

On the day
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You will need to have bare feet or wear sticky socks.
You can bring your own mat if you would like, but we have some to save you carrying it on the train!
Bring some water!
Mostly, we want you to enjoy the class and have fun!
