About the Pilates classes
Pilates is for everyone and everyone is welcome. The classes are taught at beginner / intermediate level but each exercise can be adapted or progressed depending on the individual.
People can challenge themselves and progress at their own pace, even in a mixed ability class. You will notice yourself getting stronger each week with regular attendance.
Pilates at Gail's Bakery

Join us at 7am for our Core & Coffee breakfast club or at 8.15am for Pilates & Pastries at Gail's Bakery on Butchers Row, Salisbury.

Join us for Cinnanon Buns & Little ones at Gail's Bakery on Butchers Row, Salisbury.

The class is every Thursday.
A class especially for new mums with babies welcome, it will be a relaxed class focused on core and pelvic floor connection.
Baby can join you on the mat, in a sling or snooze at the side.

This morning class by the beach is all about energy, feel good movement and starting your day on a high. Expect uplifting vibes and a bit of a burn (the good kind!)
Fun, fresh and really good for your body, mind and mood.
Classes every Tuesday Morning from 7th April 2026 including Mum & Baby class at 0930 (you must be signed off to exercise to join this one, any questions, get in touch).

We offer one class in 'The Den' at the Crazy Strength gym in Amesbury.

A relaxed, baby friendly class especially designed for mums. We will focus on building strength and core connection.
The class starts at 11am and lasts an hour. ​

An energising mat Pilates class to wake up your body and get you moving, followed by​​​ a relaxing sauna session and if you're feeling brave..an invigorating cold plunge after!

Pilates at The Studio

Join Laura for this energising beginner / intermediate mat Pilates class designed to stretch, strengthen and mobilise your body.
Ideal for those new to Pilates or those with some experience looking to build on their practice.

The class is every Wednesday at 10am.

Online Classes
Can't make it out to a class in the week? no problem. Join us on Zoom for the live lunchtime sessions.
Classes last 45 minutes and are suitable for all levels and abilities.
We will focus on core strength and posture. You don't need any special equipment, just a mat, comfy clothes and water.

Pilates Personal Training
One to one sessions, at your home, at your convenience. Our private sessions are great for people who want the full focus of a Pilates coach to work on perfecting their form and progressing their practise.

Pilates & Work
We believe in feeling good and functioning well at work, so we bring our classes to you.
Exercise lowers stress and anxiety, boosts productivity, improves concentration and confidence and increases overall wellness in your employees.

The classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
We will focus on exercises that improve posture and build strength.
We'll bring the mats, you bring the team!

Pre-join requirements
It is a requirement that every individual wishing to take part in a Pilates class complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
​
This is to ensure participants are fit and well to exercise.
​
The Par-Q form will be sent to participants ahead of the class to complete along with any other required information.
​
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
​​​
On the day
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You will need to have bare feet or wear sticky socks.
You can bring your own mat for our in person classes if you would like, but we have some to save you carrying it on the train!
Bring some water!
Mostly, we want you to enjoy the class and have fun!
