About the Pilates classes

The Grounded Girls club is open to girls aged 10-17 and we have classes in Salisbury, Christchurch, Winchester and Andover.

Around 60% of girls stop exercising by the age of 14. Pilates offers a safe, supportive way for girls to develop strength, improve posture and build confidence — without pressure, competition or comparison. It can help counteract the effects of long hours spent sitting at school or on screens. The aim isn't to win, be the fastest or score the winning goal - its about developing strength at your own pace as part of a supportive, fun, like minded community.

Just as importantly, Pilates creates space to slow down. We'll introduce the original 34 Pilates movements with a contemporary twist to keep it engaging and progressive. With a focus on breathing and mindful movement, it can help manage stress, ease anxiety and give teenage girls tools they can carry with them far beyond the mat. And we'll soundtrack it with music they love so that it feels like a space just for them.

You can either sign up with a class pass or book on a PAYG basis (space providing). Head to our booking page to see the options available.
